To me this reads as B12 is awesome cause they can pay crappy CO $32M/year while P12 can’t pay $1 to their best teams UO and UW.
Oregon? really?Looks like Oregon and Colorado are coming, that's bad ass!!!!!!
Where are you seeing Oregon?Looks like Oregon and Colorado are coming, that's bad ass!!!!!!
Oddly enough, the two likely losers in this, OSU and WSU, have some of the best fan support in the conference. Really not fair in that way.
Oregon State fans on Twitter now saying losing Colorado isn't a big loss. We have been in your shoes before, say whatever you need to make you feel better.
This is the Cyclone ready to get kicked in the nuts in me. But I find it odd no one but McMurphy has reported this is a done deal.
When USCLA broke it went from “nothing is done but they’re in discussions to go to the B10” to a confirmed deal in a matter of hours.
They read Cazano and the other hacks. So they are all in that delusional bubble. Cazano, Wilner, Altmore, Mandel all have been telling them everything is great for too long, they actually believe it.
Pokes too. That's really not that far away.Probably KState or Kansas since Nebraska is gone. Utah if they come, BYU could become a rival.
At the risk of being off topic....I just danced to Old Town Road and I don't even like the song or Lil Nas X.
You do realize Colorado left because of the grip Texas had on the Big 12 right?
They were the rumored 12th school when the Big 12 formed in the 90s, however many of the state of Texas politicians had Baylor ties to get them included over BYU to group with the other three Texas schools.
welcome home new kansas!Welcome home Buffs!
I wish Bowlsby had been more aggressive as commish, but I give him some credit for fighting back at ESPN and keeping this thing together in the interim.
Every Big 12 commish prior to Yormark had to work against some combination of OU, UT, A&M, and NU, who were all looking out for themselves and not the league.
Yormark got the luxury of only dealing with schools who actually wanted to be here.
