Big 12 basically got punished for being so good.
Well B10 is always treated better than they should be and they do have 14 teams.
Anyone thinking Iowa loses Auburn I hope you’re right. They struggle to score if not hitting threes.
Seriously - is it like a requirement of ESPN employees to automatically write Duke and UConn into the Final Four?
Almost 1/2 the conference is a 3 seed or higher.
But the SEC gets the benefit of the doubt in bowl games, and it doesn't look like the Big 12 did in the tourney.
I swear a lot of this posturing for certain teams is for Vegas line movement. Be weary of the BS that comes out of these talking heads mouths.
CW and Blum said Miss. State is favored by like 2 in their reaction pod I think.
I'm not particularly worried about seeding. It's all about match ups and and playing your best ball. Whether we got a 4 through 8 is much less important than our potential match ups.
They both do. But Auburn can guard........Iowa cannot.
Plus.......with his Iowa past I can see Pearl really getting his team motivated. In Birmingham as well......Franiac is going to have to go all out with the "us against the world" throwing of chairs, staring down officials having his assistants hold him back tough guy act to keep his guys from getting blown out IMO.
The only thing that could have made this season worse for them would've been an early exit from the NIT. They couldn't afford to risk it.
