About anyone COULD beat Iowa if their offense is like that. Just takes one or two plays and it would be funny as hell to see it happen.
You had good coaches. Solich, Pellini. But you want the Bill Callahans and Scott Frosts.
Solich never won a MAC championship and Pelini no longer coaches after being fired as the defensive coordinator from LSU.
Bill Callahan was a great recruiter and offensive line coach. He was respected in the NFL as an excellent o-line coach. That's what he did after the Huskers.
Frost is a coordinator at best. We wanted him to be more.
Well pretty sure your dumping Frosty we will see if you get Gundy since you say he wanted it. I doubt it though.
He was interested everytime it was open, but he was never contacted. How was his relationship with Pickens?

OU and UT are infinitely better jobs and went the coordinator route. ND hired a coordinator too, although in-house.
There are a lot of wins and losses yet to happen, before the end of seaon. There are more coaches than Frost that are on a hot seat.
If Leipold and Klieman show something this season, I imagine they would be high on a list.
Leipold has a long relationship with Husker football.
