How is everyone’s pulse on attending the bowl game this year?

Go no matter what?
Wait to see where & who the game is against?
Watch it from the comfort of your living room?

I’m not really up for another Memphis trip, Orlando is warm, but meh.. possibly phoenix?

Probably not going this year. Looking possible for Big 12 to get 2 into NY6, which would likely mean Orlando at worst (unless they take K-State over us). If Big 12 only gets one in BCS then it’s likely Houston on Jan. 4.

I'll be wherever it's played. I'm old and have nothing better to do.

I'm pre-planned for a Cotton Bowl trip, so I'm going to miss out.

The one positive for the Liberty Bowl is that there will be an SEC team to play this year. I'd love to see Iowa State play any of the 7-5ish SEC teams.

Let's Go State!

This is a loaded statement: we need to show out and support our guys this year. Don’t forget, we are still showing our value to other conferences in a fragile world of realignment. It’s important that wherever we play, there is a sea of cardinal in the stands.

Now, a bowl trip is expensive. Do what you need to. Support where you can. If it works out for you with time and money, make the trip.

Hopefully our CCG winner gets a CFP spot and the loser gets the Sugar. KSU loss helps make it likely we finish #4 with a win over TCU. Seems like that puts us in the Cheezit in Orlando. If Big12 doesnt make a CFP slot we probably land in Houston. Memphis only seems possible with a loss and some bad luck in other games

Based on work, texas or liberty are the onky ones feasible for me. And idk if i would go to houston, prob not due to time and distance. Memphis, despite the suckitude, is a much easier trip to make.

Edit. Just realized liberty is the 28th. That also does not work well with work reqs. Prob not going anywhere.

Guess i will just save up the time and money for the ncaa tournament
