I'm not much of a breakfast eater, but my wife has gotten me to like it more.
Favorite fast food breakfast is Wendy's. They're potatoesare amazing. But any of the chicken sandwiches on their breakfast I enjoy.
Favorite food, probably corned beef hash, but it cannot be from a can. I get so disappointed when I get my plate and find that it came from a can.

I LOVE breakfast food. We occasionally have breakfast suppers. I usually grab a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit at McD's, but am going to try the bagel now that it has been recommended twice here.
I also love eating breakfast out, almost anywhere. Favorite is probably an old-school cafe or diner where they make wonderful from-scratch pancakes. (I could eat pancakes with bacon for breakfast every morning.)

It is YOU who is committing the abomination against breakfast by cooking that poor yolk all the way through, not us normal people who enjoy flavor.
The lack of respect for biscuits and gravy in this thread is really concerning. Throw a couple of over easy eggs on top of that delicious heap of goodness and you have something special.
If I am going to a restaurant usually either some kind of scramble/skillet or an omelet loaded with as many proteins and veggies I can get. If I'm just grabbing something to go either a slice of breakfast pizza or a breakfast sandwich that has sausage, egg, and cheese in it. McDonald's breakfast burritos are ok too but I do miss the steak egg and cheese mcmuffin they used to serve.
The texture is horrifying. Like, eggs benedict are jarring to watch and eat.

Still a child at heart. While I love fluffy omelette with ham & cheese & a sauteed combo of mushrooms, onions & green pepper, that's way the heck too much work for me to do at home...and I never get them fluffy enough.
So my go-to is still my childhood favorite: Peek-a-boo eggs, done easy, with a little bacon & sausage on the side.

I like so many breakfast items, it isn’t easy for me to summarize, can depend on the day.
If I go to a rest-runt, I tend to order a skillet, sometimes w/ pancakes on the side. Specifics of the skillet combo depends on what’s available on the menu (and could depend on venue, if I’m familiar). Sausage-gravy & biscuits as main course is another common choice for me.
If I’m in the mood for the more basic, “lighter” meal, I order eggs sunny-side-up, sausage patties and hash browns.
Accompanied by orange juice and coffee in all cases.

I was only going to comment on the pattern on the plate being pretty much the same as the plates my parents bought when they were first married...
I really enjoy making things from scratch on weekend mornings if I'm not traveling (which has been most of the last 3 months). Making Belgian waffles or pancakes is up there. I'm still trying to figure out my friend's recipe for buttermilk pancakes (he won't share it). He would turn the egg whites into a meringue before mixing everything else in. Best fluffiest pancakes ever.

May I present to you the Charleston Nasty? Throw a piece of fried chicken and douse it all in gravy. They have the option of adding a fried egg on top too. I lived down the street from this place during my internship in Charleston, SC. I gained 10 pounds that summer
My Corelle set has survived for over 35 years. His (different pattern) has been around almost as long. Sturdy but lightweight. I'm a practical person - you won't see china or stoneware on my dinner-table.
You might also like a place in Seattle called Biscuit B*tch. This one is my favorite, called the Hot Messy B*tch. Biscuit and Gravy, Eggs and Garlic Grits smothered in Cheese, Grilled Louisiana Hot Link and Jalapenos.

We're mostly Fiestaware at my house. Wife decided we had "colors" and needed to coordinate everything when we first got married.
No, I was not involved with the selection of these colors and no, I cannot tell you the other colors. I only know one of them is blue.
