Happy birthday!! Make two cakes this year!!



Because my wife’s is tomorrow so I have to pick one up for her since I dont have time to bake one myself. I could swing down and pick one up when we go to DM tomorrow.

I may have known peeps who jumped off of that front porch into a bunch of shrubs that aren't there any longer when the cops showed up. BTW, not me. Idiots thought it was a drug raid or underage drinking bust or something. Cops just wanted us to tone the noise down.

Might also have been the earlier in the evening party locale after which a very drunk and angry CWW#1 tried to get out my my car on our way back to campus on 13th Street. I grabbed her by the arm as she was opening the door and pulled her back into the car. Not because I was a mean domestic abuser, but because the old Nova was going about 40 mph and her jumping out of the car seemed like a very bad idea. :rolleyes: Did I mention she was a little crazy? Still surprised I was able to do than one handed, I was a very slightly built guy and she was full pissed off Irish gal who had the door opened and was going to bail for reals. :oops:

Shared story with some old Dana buddies. One just confessed on FB to being passed out in the bushes in back when the cops came. :rolleyes:

Thanks for all the birthday wishes! Our youngest’s birthday was Sunday so we went out to eat then (her choice) and we still have half a cheesecake left from then so I’ll celebrate with a piece of that. ;) I need my birthday to be over so I stop eating all these sweets!

Yep. The group should pull up automatically for all of those involved in it last year.

College basketball has long been my favorite sport, however every year it feels like something keeps making it worse. March Madness normally has me glued to a tv for hours on end. This is the first year in a loooong time where I won't be taking off the first Thursday and Friday of the tournament.

I'm seriously fighting apathy this year. I hope I can flip a switch over the next few weeks. I need something to balance out all of the politics and coronavirus crap going on right now.
