Random Thoughts 14: I can see clearly now 2020 edition

Solving some 1st world problems here in 2020. Our home internet was painfully s l o w and with hubby working from home, we could not do much of anything while he was working. We have 3 iPads, 3 phones, 4 Alexa devices plus trying to stream workouts on an exercise bike. We got about 5 Mbps out of whatever we were supposed to be getting. Switched providers and now up to over 400 Mbps. Hallelujah

Now I just need to figure out why my phone is getting less than 1Mbps on LTE service. It may be due to them upgrading towers, but I would switch to LTE at home to try and be online/stream workout videos and I would get like .3Mbps

Does anyone have opinions at concession stands a youth sporting events? Sitting at one now between games at my 3rd grade daughters b-ball tourney. I wouldn’t call myself an expert but I feel I could add value to conversation surrounding the development of a grading system for said public food vending areas

Dude, you want rough, have a son who wrestles. Those are the worst ever, you are stranded there. No leaving for something else because your Kid could be up in 5 minutes or 90 minutes.

BTW, I’m leaving for a boys bb youth tourney in an hour and will be heading in Sc’s direction.

I was a wrestler and know that wrestling lifestyle well. I’m looking forward to that but I know it gets old quick

THREE sons who wrestled. Also played in the band, sang in the chorus, and acted in school plays and musicals.

Busy for 15+ hours today finally get to hotel. The new gal couldn't figure out how to check me in. Let her do another customer then went back to mine much smoother the 2nd time around.

Was in the TCs one time and waited for the worker to check in another guy in front of me. Checked me in, was a little clumsy but managed through. Took the family to the room, open it up and there is the guy and his family that was in front of me. Have us the same room, don’t think you would give the same number out back to back.

Well if all the kids wouldn't have been there it would have been like your own key party.
