Apparently you can't re-sell Krispy Kremes

Need to contact him, son has a fundraiser he sells them for. We are halfway between MSP/DSM and I could get them cheaper and meet him somewhere in MN if he buys 50 doz or more.

I can see it.

I think I can get a better donut from the grocery store than Krispy Kreme
I thought that too, but I noticed I could eat KK every day and never tire of them. But meh'ed on local 'nuts if given the same daily dosage. The cherrrrrrry filled things just about ruined me, so addicting.

How is this so different than what all the Grub Hub type delivery services do? He takes an order from someone, goes to the restaurant to get what they want, and delivers it. He just does his for people who don't live nearby.

I agree. It might have something to do with him crossing state lines. But again we’re talking about doughnuts, not weed. I guess there the same thing in a lot of ways though

Krispy Kremes did the same thing to my high school accounting class back in 2002. Was selling the donuts for a profit(pennies) and they requested we stop immediately before they take further legal action.

I don’t understand KKs logic. You have people buying their product and then selling it to people who would not have bought their product otherwise. So they make extra money, but they are upset about it....... I’m not sure what the deal is.

I think if Krispy Kreme isn't in Minnesota (i.e. don't have a license to operate) and know that this guy is reselling Krispy Kreme donuts where they aren't authorized to do business, they could face legal action by the state for operating without a license.

Or they could just be dicks.

As a video game nerd I've never really blamed people for piracy given how hard Nintendo, Sega, Sony and Microsoft have always tried to stop me from playing authentic genuine import games they decline to release in the US.

Never understood how it's bad for them to sell an additional 50k or 200k units of authentic software. It'd be easy to allow it. Instead we've been modifying systems to play imports for 40 years.
