I find them all that way now that they’ve taken the computers out of it. But the CFP sets the stage at this point in the season.
Maybe they should. That would take 2 wins away from about every SEC team
Now that would be worth it. The ranking for NY 6 bowls makes sense too...was solely thinking of the CFP.
A lot of SEC teams save cupcakes for late in the season.
Alabama still has to play the Citadel, LSU has Rice, and UGA has UMass coming up.
The penalty should really be on the Big Ten, not the SEC.
Again, our schedule is tough, but it is only fair to either filter that out for everybody or to take ours with a grain of salt knowing it goes down if we end up playing UIW.
If we end up in Dallas, well, that is another story.

The year Ohio State won, they were #16 in the first CFP rankings. This race is wide open still. Iowa/Clemson/Bama/ISU final 4 baby.
3 SEC teams in Top 6 just for back up.
They had 1 loss and were Ohio State, and 16 is closer than #24.
South Dakota State would rank higher (on Sagarin for example) then a lot of those teams that someone like Fresno has beaten.

It is common knowledge down here that Auburn, Ole Miss, and miss state cheat a great deal. Thet are "all in" on cheating. if they dont cheat they'll be crucified by bama lsu every year, and they'd rather be competitive and cheat than get curb stomped and be legit.
This year is the first year where Bama's offense is scarier than their defense. They steam roll everyone and it's gonna be a boring year of college football looking back. Next year might be worse since they're currently a younger Bama team compared to most since Saban arrived.
I'll take a game against Bama if it means we're in the Championship game.
I think it can help determine bowls also. Bowls would like to have a team ranked in one of the polls to help promote it.
