Bowl Game Projections

As others have said I have serious doubts we will face a motivated Memphis team. Just lost a crushing Conference Title game, don't get to travel anywhere for the bowl, and there is still a chance that their Coach could be moving on elsewhere.
That said that offense is going to be damn tough to deal with, but we have faced others just as good or better.

I would go anywhere other than the Liberty Bowl in Memphis, TN vs Memphis. Teams in bowl games should not have a home game advantage. I will be watching on TV. I would have loved to have gone to Camping World or Cactus. This is just ridiculous.
On the other hand I would think the sponsor (autozone) would be for it in regards to logistics. Less travel expenses.
Seriously. How Iowa State has the end of the season been? Get screwed against K State and more than likely get to play an away game in a bowl game. For the SEC being the greatest conference in the world, you’d think even with ole miss self imposing a bowl ban, they could still fill their bowl slots. I know, I’m just a little bitter.
Reminds me of ISU being in a low level bowl, but still had to play #10 TCU before they were in the big 12.
Nothing good comes from playing Memphis in Memphis for our bowl game. Hope for OSU or UT to Memphis.
Still possible Memphis might not be in the Liberty. SEC can't fill its full allotment but there are six possible games that they can choose from for the "empty" slot. Also, American might rather put Memphis in Birmingham vs. SEC. If we're in Liberty, possible we could see Kentucky or even Mizzou.
Lot of pissing an whining for going to a bowl for the first time in 5 years. Like I tell me 6 year old, you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit.
When we finish a year better than 1-3 we can be more picky about our destination. Great season and I’m proud of the guys, now go support them wherever they play.

Osu is for sure San Antonio or Orlando. No chance at all they are in Memphis.
Nothing except more practice, a close bowl for fans, the first bowl in half a decade, an opponent we should be able to plan for, etc.
Well then you are part of the problem. If it is Memphis in Memphis, then it is up to the fans to make it as close to a neutral game as possible.
