Realignment Megathread (All The Moves)

I'd expect an injunction by Monday. And portal season will move along as it has the last few years. IMO Trump is hoping the Executive Order pushes Congress to legislate, but good luck with that.

I see that you and Speedy Boy continue to find mental health comfort in supporting the selfish bastards from the B10. The two of you are obviously in need of mental gymnastics coaching and I am here to help!
And you continue to be one of the biggest jackasses on this site. If you want to continue being a complete and total immature ******** and continue to troll and insult anyone that disagrees with you, maybe the rest of us should stoop to your level and do the same back to you.

Or maybe you just should get yourself a timeout until you learn how to disagree with someone without having to resort to insults. If you resort to insults, you lost the argument.

You have been called out on your behavior many times yet continue to do it. And I know there are others on here that have been given timeouts for less.

Dumb

As always, it's about the overall health of college athletics for Cody and not a Texas Tech vanity project.

Yep, he totally cares about everyone, not just TT.

This quote says it all:

Campbell didn’t seem to take kindly to Yormark’s words, posting, “Apparently Brett didn’t get the memo: EVERYTHING RUNS THROUGH LUBBOCK!!”

Not to mention the reported threat that if he didn't get his way, he would "Pay to get TT out of the Big 12".

Totally in it for everyone not just himself and TT.

He is just working to turn TT into the new Texas we had to deal with for years.

He may have a few decent Ideas, but he and his type are also one of the biggest problems of college sports. The way he and his type exploits the NIL and Portal as he and TTs own personal draft is just as much of a problem for College sports as the issues with media deals and super conferences

Campbell’s son is a P4 FB prospect and plays for a Fort Worth HS program so yeah, he is pissed about the possibility of the Tech/UH game being moved to Friday and he is correct about the high number of other Tech alums who travel to Lubbock for Saturday games.

If two commuter schools like UH-UCF were playing each other, wouldn’t be a big deal.

Golly, life just isn't fair for Campbell.

So Tech should get special treatment because Cody says so?

Other states don't play high school football in Friday nights? Other schools don't have out of town fans?

Campbell's whining there is just a dumb and entitled take. Friday night lights are a big deal in a lot of states. The whole "it means more in Texas" thing is just stupidity and delusion. When we lived in Ohio I took in a few Massillon HS games outside of Canton, the intensity of those games was insane.

That's real dumb if the Big 12 is actually doing that. The Big 12 almost died because there were different rules for different schools.

Not having every member being an equal piece and equal vote only leads to big problems. You're either together or you're not.
Campbell and Cook/JP running the show now. Campbell got JP on the DC committee.

Tech and ISU votes count triple. BYU, TCU and other legacy B12 schools votes count double. PAC schools and WV count as one vote. AAC Commuter schools get half a vote.
