According to a source, Iowa State picked up a verbal commitment to its 2013 football recruiting class on Sunday night. 

Cole Anderson, a 6-foot-5, 264-pound offensive guard out of Clear Falls High School in League City Texas is that man. Anderson reportedly chose Iowa State over his other finalist, Oregon State. 

According to his profile at Rivals.com, Anderson had additional offers from: Indiana, Tulsa, Tulane, Air Force, Arkansas State, Houston, Louisiana Tech, New Mexico State, North Texas, Rice, SMU, Texas State and UTSA.
