AMES, Iowa – Iowa State junior forward Georges Niang’s busy summer will continue at the LeBron James Skills Academy in Las Vegas, Nevada from July 9-12. Niang recently returned from the Nike Big Man Skills Academy.

The camp will feature the top 80 high school players and the top 30 collegiate players. The camp will feature four days of 5-of-5 games and skills workouts, allowing players to showcase their skills for NBA scouts.

Niang earned All-Big 12 Third-Team honors in 2013-14. He is Iowa State’s top returning scorer after averaging 16.7 points per game last season. The Methuen, Mass., native also averaged 4.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists, making him the only non-guard to rank in the top-10 of the Big 12 in assists per game.
