Iowa State edge rusher Trent Jones II has officially entered the transfer portal, the redshirt junior announced Monday.

Jones II began his career in Ames as a walk-on, leaving as a scholarship player after four years with the program.

The Eden Prairie, Minnesota native recorded six tackles, including a tackle for loss in his final season with the Cyclones.

He will have one year of eligibility remaining.
