The Iowa State football program received commitment from four-star recruit, Hunter Deyo on Saturday evening via his twitter.

Deyo, a Council Bluffs native, is the No. 273-ranked recruit nationally, the No. 38-ranked defensive lineman and the No. 3-ranked prospect in the state of Iowa in the class of 2022, per the 247Sports.

Deyo — a 6-foot-3, 270-pound prospect chose Iowa State over offers from Iowa, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Kanstate State and Oregon, among others.
