Former Iowa State defensive lineman Isaiah Lee has officially left the football program, CycloneFanatic has confirmed.

The defensive lineman was one of the players charged in the gambling investigation conducted by the state.

Lee allegedly placed a wager on Iowa State to lose to Texas in the program’s 30-7 win over the Longhorns at Jack Trice Stadium in 2021. Lee also appeared in the game and recorded one tackle.

Iowa State opens the season on Saturday, September 2.
