One day after Iowa State opened as a two-point favorite in the 2019 Cy-Hawk game, we know when the state’s two marquee college football programs will kickoff.
The Cyclones and Hawkeyes will kick at 3 p.m. on FS1 inside Jack Trice Stadium on Sept. 14. This marks the second consecutive year the game will be played on the Fox family of networks after last season’s 13-3 Iowa win was broadcast on FOX.
Last year marked Iowa’s fourth consecutive win in the series. The last game in Ames two seasons ago ended in a 44-41 overtime win for Iowa.
Assuming the line holds, Iowa State will be favored in the contest for the first time since 2000.
