Iowa State signee Lindell Wigginton is officially a five-star prospect, according to the final rankings for the 2017 recruiting class on Rivals. He moved up eight spots from No. 31 to No. 23 in the final player rankings.
The 6-foot-1-inch, 185-pound point guard averaged 20.1 points per game during his senior season for Oak Hill. He was one of the stars of last week’s Nike Hoop Summit and drew rave reviews from a number national media members and NBA talent evaluators.
Wigginton is the first five-star prospect to sign with Iowa State since Craig Brackins in 2007.
Terrence Lewis, another Iowa State signee, is the No. 112 prospect in the final rankings and finishes as a four-star prospect.
