The sirens are sounding again — and this might be the loudest sound yet.
Four-star offensive guard Caleb Chandler has confirmed to Cyclone Fanatic that he has committed to play football at Iowa State. The Jefferson, Georgia, native was on campus on Saturday for a visit and took in the Saturday Night Lights camp.
"It’s the place for me and Tom Manning is the real deal," Chandler, who also held offers from Florida, Mississippi State, Lousiville and host of others, told CF in a message on Sunday. "It’s home away from home."
The 6-foot-5-inch, 300 pound, prospect becomes the eleventh commit in the Cyclones’ class of 2017. He joins Colin Newell, Jeff Nogaj and Tyler Jost as offensive linemen in the class.
