AMES, Iowa – Former Iowa State men’s basketball player Georges Niang has been invited to the NBA Draft Combine held May 10-15 in Chicago, Illinois.

Niang, one of 70 players invited, is scheduled to arrive in Chicago Tuesday, May 10 with on-court activities starting on Thursday, May 12. Replays of the on-court sessions will be shown on NBA TV.

The Methuen, Massachusetts native, concluded his career as Iowa State’s second all-time leading scorer and the first two-time Associated Press All-American.
