Former Cyclone Kelechi Osemele has come a long way since being a late second-round pick in the 2012 NFL Draft.
Now, he’s one of the most sought after offensive line free agents in the NFL. According to ProFootballTalk.com, Osemele is ranked as the 23rd most valuable free agent (all positions) that will be up for grabs on the upcoming market.
Earlier this week, the Baltimore Sun reported that the team that drafted "KO," the Ravens, had made an "aggressive pitch" to keep Osemele in a Ravens uniform next season.
Despite a back injury that sidelined him for much of 2013, Osemele has started the majority of his career in Baltimore and has received fantastic reviews from coach John Harbaugh.
According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, should Osemele accept this deal, he would be the second highest-paid player on the Ravens offense behind quarterback Joe Flacco.
