Iowa State’s 2015 recruiting class just picked up its first wide receiver commitment.
On the day that the Cyclones opened fall camp, Denver Johnson, a 6-foot-3, 208-pound wide out who hails from Oklahoma City (Casady) tweeted the news.
"I’ve decided to further my education and football career and verbally commit to Iowa State University #CyclONEnation," read the tweet.
Johnson had been previously committed to Tulsa earlier this summer. According to Rivals.com, he chose the Cyclones over the Golden Hurricane and UAB.
