Iowa State’s football recruiting trail could not be any hotter.
On Monday morning, the Cyclones went into Kansas and stole a good looking linebacker by the name of Marcel Spears from Missouri, Kansas State and Kansas.
Spears, who stands 6-2, 205-pounds, hails from Olathe, Kan. and is the third prospect to commit to Iowa State’s 2015 class in the past week. He joins running back Devine Ozigbo and offensive lineman Julian Good-Jones, who also held offers from high-major programs.
