Paul Rhoads just picked up his sixth verbal commitment in Iowa State’s 2013 recruiting class.

Tyler Brown, a 5-foot-10, 180 pound running back out of Lakeland, (Fla.) Lake Gibson made his pledge to the Cyclones on Wednesday afternoon.

According to his profile at Rivals.com, Brown also had offers from Utah State and Western Kentucky.

Brown, who is Iowa State’s sixth known verbal commitment for 2013, ran for 1,001 yards and 10 touchdowns as a junior.
