It’s getting to be that time of year again. That’s YMCA Capital City League season, of course.

In an email sent out by league director Derek Hannah on Thursday, it was revealed that this summer’s action will tip off on June 15. The league’s draft is expected to take place on either June 2 or June 3 (we will post full details when we have them).

The league’s format will not change this summer. There will be six teams consisting of two Iowa State players, two Drake players and filled out with others from small colleges and local high schools.
