Philadelphia, PA. – The most anticipated week of the year has arrived for the sport of college wrestling. The NCAA Wrestling Championships take place March 20 – 22 in Philadelphia and eight Cyclones are vying to. prove to the world wrong.

I had a chance to catch up with assistant coach Brent Metcalf, Paniro Johnson and Evan Bockman during the team’s open practice. We touch on topics from the mental preparation heading into the week, changes to improve and more.
