Remember when we thought the home opener was hot? Iowa State’s final non-conference game of the season really gave us a run for our money.
Ames was scorching hot, but that didn’t stop fans from packing the stands to watch the Cyclones crush the Red Wolves with a dominant 52-7 victory. Iowa State put out that they still had 55,000 fans in attendance!
Despite the heat (which I’ve complained about more than a few times), I felt the same excitement I had when I first picked up my camera for Cyclone Fanatic. No pressure for the perfect shot, just capturing the little moments you won’t see on TV—along with some of the many fun highlights from the game.
