ESPN’s Bill Connelly posted the sites returning production rankings for the 2024 college football season, with Iowa State listed coming in as the No. 1 team.

The Cyclones return 86 percent of their production for this season, including 20 of 22 starters set to lace up their cleats in Ames again.

Iowa State is joined in the top 10 by 2024 opponents No. 9 Iowa (79%) and No. 10 Baylor (79%). Oklahoma State is also listed in the top 10 – at No. 3 – but will not face the Cyclones in the regular season this year.

The full list can be seen below.

Iowa State will open its season on August 31 against North Dakota. A TV selection and kickoff time has not yet been announced.
