Head coach Kevin Dresser met with the media on Tuesday for the program’s weekly media availability to preview upcoming dual action.

Dresser was asked his thoughts on the recent information that was released regarding the gambling investigation that impacted Iowa and Iowa State student-athletes.

Read Keith Murphy’s tweet here from Monday, Jan. 22 where he highlights some of the new information that was released by Attorney Van Plumb requesting that the State provide requested discovery as well as additional discovery after the deposition of DCI Special Agents on Friday, Jan. 19.

Additionally, it was announced on Tuesday that Christopher Sandy of Sandy Law Firm, attorney for Paniro Johnson, filed a discovery motion as a result of information gained from depositions on Jan. 19. More information here.

Dresser discussed the frustration of watching his athletes go through this, especially Johnson. Plus, the university employees who lost their jobs.
