For the second straight year, Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers are headed to the NFC Championship Game.

The 49ers defeated Green Bay 24-21 on Saturday night, behind the former Cyclone’s 252 yards along with a touchdown.

Purdy completed 23 of his 39 pass attempts, with the lone score coming on this pass to George Kittle:

The 49ers move to the NFC title game and will play the winner of Sunday’s Detroit-Tampa Bay game for a spot in the Super Bowl.
