Iowa State’s 2023 football schedule has been released in full by the Big 12 Conference on Tuesday afternoon.

The Cyclones will open the season against Northern Iowa on September 2 before taking on Iowa in the Iowa Corn Cy-Hawk Series on September 9.

After a road game at Ohio, Iowa State will open Big 12 play against Oklahoma State at Jack Trice Stadium on September 23.

Iowa State’s first Big 12 road game will be against Oklahoma on September 30.

On October 7, the program will honor Jack Trice during its game against TCU. It has been reported that a Jack Trice-related alternate uniform would be worn.

The 2023 Homecoming game will be played against Kansas on November 4 and Senior Night will see Texas come to Jack Trice Stadium for the final time before the program departs for the SEC.

Iowa State will not play West Virginia for the first time since 2011 and also will not face Texas Tech for the first time since 2009.

As part of the four programs coming in, Iowa State will take first-time visits to both Cincinnati and BYU. The Cyclones will not face Houston nor UCF in the regular season.
