T.J. Otzelberger and his staff continued their hot streak on the recruiting trail on Sunday, earning a commitment from a third top-100 prospect to Iowa State’s 2024 class.

The Cyclones added Dwayne Pierce, a four-star, 6-foot-5 small forward out of New York, to the class on Sunday, he announced on ESPNU.

He picked Iowa State over Florida State, Memphis, Penn State and Seton Hall.

Pierce is rated as the No. 5 prospect out of the state and the No. 25 player at his position in the class.

The 2024 class already holds two four-star commits, according to 247Sports’ rankings, in J.T. Rock and Nojus Indrusaitas.

This is on top of the No. 7 rated 2023 class set to come in with Omaha Biliew, Milan Momcilovic, Jelani Hamilton and Kayden Fish.
