Iowa State is listed among the three finalists for four-star forward Talen Horton-Tucker. The 6-foot-5, 210-pound small forward included the Cyclones, Xavier and Illinois on his list released Sunday night.

Horton-Tucker will announce his college decision Thursday evening at Simeon High School in Chicago.

Horton-Tucker is rated as the No. 109 player in the 2018 recruiting class by 247Composite. He’s the No. 28 small forward and No. 4 player in the state of Illinois.

Iowa State’s class already includes the No. 5 and No. 6 players from Illinois in forwards Zion Griffin and George Conditt. Those two, along with Wisconsin point guard Tyrese Haliburton, combine for the No. 35 class in the country, per 247Composite.

Horton-Tucker officially visited Iowa State the weekend of Oct. 13 and visited Illinois this past weekend. Stay tuned to Cyclone Fanatic for more on Horton-Tucker’s recruitment.
