For the second time this season and the fourth time in his career, Iowa State senior Monte Morris has been named the Big 12’s Player of the week.

Morris, a senior out of Flint, Mich., averaged 20.0 points and 6.5 assists in Iowa State’s wins at Texas Tech and vs. No. 9 Baylor last week. He committed just two turnovers in 79 minutes. Morris was 5-of-8 from 3-point range in the two games as well.

Iowa State will host Oklahoma State on Tuesday at 8 p.m. (ESPN2) and travel to West Virginia (Friday, 6 p.m. on ESPN2) to close out the 2016-17 regular season.
