Wednesday was media day for the Iowa State men’s basketball program. Head coach Steve Prohm was kind enough to let me bother him before the event for another episode of “Off the record,” where I take you guys inside the world of Iowa State athletics.

How has Prohm’s life changed over the last year? What will life be like without Georges Niang? Who has stepped up over the summer and what kind of style should we expect the Cyclones to play in 2016-17?

Enjoy this preseason edition of “off the record,” with Steve Prohm.
