Iowa State has handed out yet another basketball scholarship offer to a New York City prospect for its class of 2013.

According to TheRecruitScoop.com, the Cyclones extended that invitation to Javion Ogunyemi last night.

Scout.com lists Ogunyemi as a 6-foot-6, 200-pound power forward who hails from Troy High School in New York.
