Iowa State earned a commitment from Tulane transfer WR Omari Hayes.

The 5-foot-9, 170-pound sophomore caught 39 passes for 515 yards and one touchdown for a Green Wave team that played in the College Football Playoff this season. Hayes has two years of eligibility remaining.
