The Iowa State women’s basketball team earned another impressive commitment on Thursday night.
Maryville (TN) High Schooler Denae Fritz will be on her way to Ames by the start of the 2021-22 season.
After originally committing to Belmont, Fritz had a change of heart, choosing the Cyclones over Cincinnati, Boston College, Alabama, Georgia Tech, and South Florida.
Fritz has already collected accolades, though, earning a runner-up spot for the Ms. Basketball award in her junior year at the school.
Averaging 21.0 points and 12 rebounds per game, Fritz could be another solid Cyclone commit.
