Iowa State (12-6, 4-3) vs. Kansas State (15-4, 4-3)

TV: 8 p.m. on ESPN U

Line: Iowa State by 4.5

Chris Williams: “If you just watch the tape and didn’t know any different, you would think that Kansas State is the best team in the Big 12.” That’s what one source told me about the Wildcats yesterday. After doing my research on the game, it scares the crap out of me. I’ll pick Iowa State to win because it’s in Hilton and the Cyclones seem to be in a good place right now, but I fully expect a competitive game from Bruce Weber’s very gritty Kansas State squad. The Pick: Iowa State 79, Kansas State 77

Jared Stansbury: Before the season, I had the Wildcats penciled in as the league’s worst team and figured this would be Bruce Weber’s final season in Manhattan. Well, did they prove me wrong. Kansas State has proved during its first seven Big 12 games they’re capable of hanging with anybody in any building. I expect Iowa State, and the fans, to come out charged up after the team lost its last game at Hilton Coliseum. This one will be close, but the Cyclones pull it out in the end. The pick: Iowa State 76, Kansas State 72
