After taking a significant break for the Fourth of July, the YMCA Capital City League will be back in action this evening at the Valley Southwoods Gymnasium in WestDesMoines. Tonight’s triple-header will mark the final evening of the “regular season” as the playoffs are set to begin on Friday. Semi-final competition and the league championship game are scheduled for Sunday.

Below is a look at tonight’s schedule along with the Iowa State players listed on each roster. Remember, who will actually show up for these games is always tentative. However over the course of history, the later the league gets in the season, the better attendance usually tends to be.

Tonight’s schedule

5:30 – Phoenix Renewable Resources (Naz Long & Daniel Edozie) vs. Renaissance Granite(Georges Niang & Kourtlin Jackson)

6:45 – Coca-Cola (Dustin Hogue & Sherron Dorsey-Walker) vs. Capital Orthopedics (Abdel Nader & Clayton Custer)

8:00 – ADIO Chiropractic (Monte Morris & Matt Thomas) vs. YMCA (Jameel McKay & Hallice Cooke)
