It appears that Royce White will play in the NBA after all.
Late Thursday night, the Sacramento Kings announced that they had recalled the former Cyclone from Reno. White had originally signed a 10-day contract on March 6. Since then, he averaged 8.8 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.8 assists per game in the D-League.
It appears that White’s first NBA game will be at home on March 18 against Washington when the Kings return from a recent road stint.
