Report: Temple transfer will visit Iowa State

SAN ANTONIO, Texas — Iowa State is reportedly going to be in the mix for another transfer.

Anthony Lee, a 6-foot-9, 230-pound forward out of Temple, is a graduate transfer who averaged 13.6 points and 8.6 rebounds per game this season for the Owls.

According to THIS REPORT by InsideTheHall.com, Lee is currently being courted by: Iowa State, Oklahoma State, Louisville, Indiana, Minnesota, Purdue, Ohio State, Illinois, Northwestern, Florida State, USC, BYU, Pittsburgh, Providence, St. John’s and Georgetown.

InsideTheHall.com is also reporting that Lee already has a visit scheduled to Iowa State on April 11. Notably, that is VEISHEA weekend in Ames.

Iowa State still has two open scholarships to fill for next year. The only current member of Fred Hoiberg’s class of 2014 is point guard Clayton Custer, who signed in November.
