According to Ames Tribune sports editor Bobby La Guess, Iowa State has hired a new offensive line coach. La Guess, along with CoachingSearch.com, is reporting that Brandon Blaney is that man.

Blaney was a part of Mark Mangino’s coaching staff, serving as recruiting coordinator and tight end’s coach, from 2002-2009. Blaney has worked with the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars for the last three seasons as a defensive quality control assistant.
