According to an Iowa State press release, Fred Hoiberg’s Cyclones will open up against George Mason its trip to the Hawaiian Arlines Diamond Head Classic. The game has been scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 22 at 4:30 p.m. (CT).
Tournament dates are Dec. 22, 23 and 25. Iowa State will either play Oregon State or Akron in its second round game that will be played on Dec. 23 at 4 p.m.
The tournamen’s complete field features: Iowa State, George Mason, Boise State, Akron, Hawaii, Oregon State, St. Mary’s and South Carolina.
