The Iowa State football program released its pre-media day depth chart on Friday afternoon along with a couple of schedules updates as well.

As for the schedule updates, Iowa State’s season opener on Sept. 1 vs. Tulsa will kick off at 11 a.m.. The Cyclones’ Sept. 15 date with Western Illinois is now officially a 7 p.m. kick. According to the release, both games will be televised and that information will be released by the Big 12 at a later date.

Sept. 1 – TULSA – 11 a.m.
Sept. 8 – @ Iowa – 2:30 p.m.
Sept. 15 – WESTERN ILLINOIS – 7 p.m.
Sept. 29 – TEXAS TECH – TBA

Oct. 13 – KANSAS STATE – TBA
Oct. 20 – @ Oklahoma State – TBA
Oct. 27 – BAYLOR – TBA

TICKET SALES INFO

According to another release from Iowa State, football ticket sales appear to be going well.

AMES, Iowa – On the heels of last season’s unprecedented attendance numbers, Iowa State fans have already exhausted several season-ticket options for Cyclone football in 2012.

 In addition to south endzone season tickets being sold out, the Iowa State athletics ticket office announced Friday that only singles remain among the Gold Reserved ($175) season tickets.  The ticket office is encouraging fans to purchase now as they also announced that less than 200 season tickets remain in the Cardinal Reserved ($225) sections. Season tickets in the Hillside ($99) and donor reserved ($375) areas are still available.
