ESPN often posts "Insider" articles on their site. For example, I was reading about the NBA Draft recap seen here, hiding behind a sign up screen:
http://www.espn.go.com/basketball/d...eat-denver-nuggets-top-chad-ford-draft-grades
However, ESPN doesn't really care about keeping the paywall up that much, since these "Insider" articles are free in other parts of the world, so if you simply change the bolded part of the address: espn.go.com to espn.co.uk, to get this article URL instead:
http://www.espn.co.uk/basketball/dr...eat-denver-nuggets-top-chad-ford-draft-grades
You can read the whole thing. It works for all articles.
Is this the first "one weird trick" that actually delivers?
