Looks like Joel lost 6-3 to Dakota Howard whom I believe is a VaTech guy- I can't seem to load anything on FloArena but I think he will wrestle in consos this afternoon

I can't see the brackets now either, but this morning the 92 bracket was set up as a round robin. I don't know if that's really the case, but he should have at least one more match.

Carr will have Shane Griffith tomorrow . Griffith teched his way through today.

Congrats to David Carr. Won vs. Griffith 6-3 and 6-4. All of Griffith's points came on push outs.

Griffith was 26-2 @165 during his RS year at Stanford. One of the losses was 6-4 to Joseph from PSU.

Carr did not look small to me at 163 this weekend. Starting to think he might be a 165.

Whatever weight he’s at he’s going to do very well.

I can tell you there is a 99% chance he’s a 157 next year. They’re preparing chase for 165. Plus 157 is more open than 165 from a national title stand point

That’s what everyone in the know says. I certainly have no inside knowledge. Simply the fact he is going to wrestle the best age level guys in the world at 163, and does not look undersized leads me to think it’s a possibility.

Yeah I’d agree the over cutting can be an issue. I think he will be fine first year at 157, but he could grow into 165 earlier than I expected
