I think having Woody as a change of pace back will help us tremendously. He could be a 1B sort of thing with Shontrelle being the number 2. Once A-Rob is done, Shontrelle replaces him with Woody still getting carries again as a change of pace. This will help keep all three backs fresher and healthy throughout the year. It seemed that with A-Rob down, we didn't have much behind him.
Schwartz did a good job last year at Nebby because he held onto the ball. He could get a couple tough yards but lacked the burst (IMO). I think Woody will give us some tough yards with some occasional bursts of 5-10 yards.
This year we have a lot of depth so we could keep A-Rob healthy and not lose as much when he is not on the field.
