From ISU Facebook. Looks like our volleyball gals have a good intramural hoops team. Looks like Kidd from the basketball team is their coach?

They are still volleyball players first, but the Cyclone volleyball intramural basketball team has some serious talent!

Back in the day the dominate team in intramural men's hoops was the Ques team of black athletes (not sure if they were all from the frat or not....memory is a little foggy 40 years out!). They pretty much crushed everyone. Matt Blair was on the team. They smoked our class A Dana House team even though we had some guys with college hoops experience. They were good enough that people came to watch.

I know Ike Harris was on that team too. Back before freshman were eligible, they played the freshman team in Hilton before the varsity game.

Two of the Dana House guys were on the freshman team in 70-71 with Eric Heft.

Yes. I was in the Wallace Hall Dana and we moved to Birch in fall 1970. RCA 100X >Towers . :smile:

I was Dana in early 90s. Had heard it moved around 70.
