This is what weather underground is predicting for the metro Friday-Sunday. Snow then dropping to single digits.

But it sounds like the wind will be terrible. The reason why there weren’t a lot of accidents last weekend was because there was no wind.

I’m annoyed the weather will affect another basketball game.

Yeah, I didn't include that part of the graph but they're projecting winds in the teens from when the snow starts Friday until Sunday morning.

My dad's theory is that nearly every winter has a stretch of abnormal warmth and a stretch of abnormal cold. Seems like we've had both this winter already. We've been pretty lucky so far though, so hopefully it doesn't go to hell for the next two months.

No matter how much snow there is I sure hope the grocery stores have enough milk, bread and eggs. Personally I’ll hit the bourbon but still, people clearly won’t be able to leave their homes for a week!
